Our IT OnDemand Support
DSC has developed IT OnDemand support from it’s Bronze Managed IT service to offer more of an ad-hoc or “pay per call” approach, removing the need for real-time monitoring that comes with the Bronze service. This lowers costs by removing the monthly “fixed fee” component, allowing support OnDemand, only when needed. Of course, this removes the all-inclusive helpdesk and management components found in the higher-level Managed IT tiers, but not every client wants those.
Where they are required, then please see our extensive range of Managed IT offerings, ranging form the bronze service mentioned above, though to the near all-inclusive Gold service.
Under this OnDemand model, DSC can provide not only the traditional helpdesk for desktop support, but also support for all network and back-office infrastructure, as well as cloud services from Microsoft and others. We can also provide computer support for cloud applications such as Microsoft 365.

Are there truly no monthly fees?
No. Once setup, under this model, you pay only for the support you use, with every call or support ticket tracked by our ServiceDesk software, which gives an itemised breakdown of support instances.
Do you guarantee response times?
Sadly, no. We just promise we will deal with your issue as quickly as we can. If response time SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) are important to you, these come with all of our Managed IT services, as part of a fixed fee offering which includes monitoring and ongoing management, making response time guarantees possible.
Should I sign up for IT OnDemand or Managed IT?
As always, it depends. If you primary requirement is to have access to highly skilled, experienced IT support personnel, without the ongoing contracted cost of a Managed Service, then this is for you.
However, if pro-active monitoring and management, plus guaranteed response times, is worth paying a little extra each month for, along with unlimited Helpdesk support, from the same highly skilled team, then Managed IT is likely a better choice for you.
